Resonance Through Storytelling
Stories have the power to transmit vibrational information that can trigger, amplify and illuminate each of our own inner truths. This podcast is a channeled transmission of my personal life stories on my spiritual path to educate, inspire and support you to question, listen and go deeper into your own inner truth.
Each episode discusses my experience and relationship to a certain theme on vibrational reality and how we co-create in fields of resonance. I share stories on how I see the world through my lens and what is has felt like being a multi-dimensional being having a human experience. I find that these transmissions are timely to what the collective is experiencing, and I would love to have you join in this field of resonance as a listener. :)
For the last 15+ years, I have been in a deep inner journey to find my own systemic balance, one that has led me to study and explore countless healing psychologies, methods and modalities, including but not limited to Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and herbalism), 5 Element Theory, craniosacral biodynamics, Family Constellation Therapy, Zen Buddhist meditation, Kriya Yoga, Gene Keys, Biofield Tuning, nutrition, Bach Flower Essences, essential oils, LifeWave patches, somatic and breathwork practices, homeopathy, osteopathy, astrology and energetic properties of crystals.
As a lifelong student of the relationship between the physical and nonphysical, the unraveling and resolution of ancestral trauma, and the vibrational nature of healing that happens on all levels of our existence, I am excited to share my unique perspective with you. It is my hope that you may resonate with and glean insight through your own inner knowing by listening to my stories.
I welcome your comments, support and sharing of your stories and experiences as well as your feedback if this content has made an impression on you. As consciousness is infinitely expanding, so too is my experience and perception of what is real and true for me. We share and grow together.
I am grateful for you tuning in. :)

Resonance Through Storytelling
Cultivating Peace in Times of Grieving
What if we could harness the power of collective intention to manifest peace in our lives? Join me as I embark on a journey inspired by my sister's prophetic dream, As we explore the balancing of yin and yang, you'll be drawn into a tapestry of stories, including a transformative experience at Devil's Tower National Monument. This sacred site, known originally as Mato Tipila to Native Americans, resonates peace and offers lessons on how we can cultivate serenity through prayer.
In a world that often feels overwhelming, where can we find our equilibrium? Through moments of tranquility and restfulness, especially during the holiday gatherings with loved ones, we begin to reconnect with the peace within. By tapping into our heart's deeper remembrance, we unwrap a gift symbolized by a simple red ribbon, a reminder of the beauty of inner calm. Together, let's uncover the wisdom that guides us toward a more balanced and peaceful existence, fostering conscious evolution and collective harmony.
Thank you for tuning in and creating this space with me.

I am creating an energy field for storytelling. I am creating an energy field for storytelling Aligning my central channel, taking a breath in Inviting in the audience who is here to benefit from the stories I have to share today. I ask that my connection to source energy bring through the stories, the words and the wisdom to support this audience in their conscious evolution. It's 12-22-2024. There is a stillness in the space that I haven't felt here before. There are sages here, those who carry a frequency of peace, of serenity, of understanding. It's quite comforting. Today I'm going to talk about cultivating peace within. I see the color white, like a dove.
Speaker 1:The night before I started recording this podcast, my sister had a prophetic dream that she was in our family home and a series of events occurred. And among the things she saw in the dream, she said that she saw me in an illumined state next to my cousin outside of the house, and she said that there were two doves flying out of my neck and I hadn't told her about the podcast. I sent her the first episode a couple days later and she texted me right away and said I have to tell you about this dream. My attention is focusing on the number two the yin and the yang, the masculine, the feminine, the balance that we create in life. When I tune into what it feels like to create peace within my own life, I know that it includes an equilibrium, a balance between work and play, between giving and receiving, between sharing and listening. I would be lying to you if I said that I have experienced a lot of peace in this life. It's been quite the opposite. For a very long time there have been experiences in my life where I've gotten to taste peace, and not just peace from my own monkey mind, but peace in like a full, visceral kind of way.
Speaker 1:During the height of kovat, during the height of the energetic chaos and confusion, my former partner Gr Gregory, who has since passed away and transitioned, and I drove up from Colorado to Wyoming, to a place called Devil's Tower National Monument in the northeast of Wyoming. I think we had heard about this place from some friends. I don't quite remember, but I remember when I looked it up online and I saw the structure, this incredible, enormous cylindrical structure that is made up of strands of earth that look like geometrical tubes. They all come together and there is a plateau on top in the most unusual way, and there is a plateau on top. In the most unusual way, despite its name, this place is the most peaceful place I've ever been. To the surrounding land, hiking around the structure, I had the best two or three nights of sleep in my life. Camping nearby.
Speaker 1:This is a sacred place where the Native Americans come. Its true name by the Native Americans, who have told stories about this structure for thousands of years, is Mato Te Pila, which means bear lodge or bear rock. Many, many tribes come to pray and they hang up colorful peace flags around the structure and they pray to their ancestors and they give thanks. I don't actually know if it is the land itself, an energetic vortex in that place, that creates the peace, or if it is the prayers of the Native American tribes, or both. If it is true that we have the power to come together through our intention and prayer and create places like that that create such soothing, peace and restfulness, what if we could do it now on this planet? What if we could dedicate that time and attention to peace in our homes and in our lives every single day?
Speaker 1:For me, peace comes with stillness when I can just stop and take a breath and move inward and whatever is happening inside of my body, whatever discomfort or movement. I just take some time to stop and breathe and notice it and then things start to move and I start to settle back into my own equilibrium inside. Just saying that makes my stomach start to grumble. I think I'm activating my own parasympathetic nervous system. Peace does seem to emerge with restfulness and taking a break from stress, the constant doing of life. It's so wonderful to come together with family and friends around the holidays and just have nothing particular to do, no work obligations, and just spend time together, resting and sharing stories and cooking, listening to music. I'm tuning into my heart's deeper remembrance of peace. I can see a red ribbon. It's like a gift. It almost looks like it was in a knot or it was tied around my heart and if I can just release it, untie it, untether with my breath, it's like there's this movement around my heart and a coherence of this ribbon, streamlined, expanding, spinning their spaciousness. I feel it more than ever inside of my sacral center, in my belly.
Speaker 1:Where do you experience peace inside of your body and how can we experience more peace in relationship to each other? I'm watching all of you now and seeing what you're doing, I see an image of two long lines of people facing each other in pairs. Except the lines aren't straight, they're wavy like a ribbon and then they turn into water. This flowing water, a fluidity of emotions, a new way of nurturing each other, nurturing each other. Negative emotions and pain can feel like a barrier to peace within. It's easy to try to ignore or suppress them, but I notice in my own experience, especially in the process of grieving, that it's so much easier to release and move those emotions with other people. To release and move those emotions with other people and in fact there are times when even it feels difficult to release them alone.
Speaker 1:Grief is never an isolated occurrence. When someone transitions, there are many who feel the impact. I'm aware that there are stages of grief, sadness, anger, waves of intensity, feeling like it's not fair. How could it be? I'm having an interesting experience. Right now, grigori is here with me. He's doing this thing that he used to do when he was in the physical Whenever we were walking or hiking a long distance, he did this with me, and I saw him do this with others too, if one of us was tired or had like a limp or was dehydrated and needed an extra push to keep going.
Speaker 1:He would walk behind them and put his hand or a couple fingers right in the middle of their back, along their spine, and a point I suppose is around T7 or T8 or maybe T6. And it would be like this sense of equilibrium comes back when you have someone else holding that space, being aware of your body and your posture. I don't think he was actually intending to give any energy to the person of his own, but it was like that fulcrum and then you automatically took a deep breath and came back into an equilibrium. He's doing that for me right now. You could try this out with a partner and see how you feel. Let me know you just put two or three fingers on that spot in the middle of the spine with the intention of support.
Speaker 1:If we can create peace together by giving each other the space to release emotions without judgment, it's like peace is like the bedrock of the river beneath the water. It's a container, it holds and it allows the experiences of life and emotions to flow over and through. And where there is no resistance and there is just a space of receptivity and equanimity, the experience of peace arises. On that final note, I wish you a peaceful holiday season. Remember to be kind to each other. These moments together are all that we have. These moments together are all that we have. Thank you for listening and creating the space to contemplate peace. Until next time, thank you.
